A Simple and Elegant Confirmation Congratulations Card
Recently, I attended the Confirmation celebration for several students in the Religious Education program at my church. I wanted to give each of the students a confirmation congratulations card and a small gift but I’ve been extremely busy and I just haven’t had time to make cards.
So, the night before, I rushed to Target for an easy solution. I was happy to see that Target had a nice but small selection of 4 or 5 different cards for Confirmation. However, the cheapest card I could find was $3.99 and I didn’t think it was worth it since I had to buy cards for several students.
Besides, I just wanted to give the students a simple congratulatory card.
Consequently, I left empty-handed.
Early, on Sunday morning, I got up before the kids and snuck downstairs to put together a quick card design.
Message Inside Card
We didn’t have as much time this school year to study the Holy Spirit since religious education was canceled due to Covid19. For this reason, I incorporated the gifts and fruits of the Holy Spirit in the message inside as a little reminder to the students.

Then I headed to our unpacked basement. We moved a little over a month ago and all my craft supplies are still tucked away in dozens of boxes.
I rummaged through box after box, searching for cardstock, my paper cutter, and envelopes. After creating a giant mess, I finally found what I needed and was able to print the cards.
This printable is for printing on 8.5″ x 11″ cardstock or paper and will print 2 per sheet double-sided (flip on long edge).
You can download the printable file for this card for free in my Free Resource Library if you are a subscriber. If you aren’t, sign up below and I will email you a link to download the card as well as the password to my library. You may download the card, save, and print as often as you like.
Great card! I downloaded for future use. Always good to have one on hand.
Thanks!!!
